Luke is a beautiful, multi-purpose Golden.
He stands 23 3⁄4” in height and weighs 70-72 pounds. Luke is strong and confident, with a lovely headpiece and sweet expression. He has powerful movement and is a compact dog, with proper balance front to rear and a rock-solid topline.
Luke has good working energy and is a hard working dog. He has a wonderfully kind temperament and is a fantastic working Therapy Dog with the heart of a true Golden.
Luke has been very successful in the show ring, finishing with back to back 5 point majors, completely Owner-Handled from the Bred By Exhibitor class. He finished his Grand Championship in 4 weekends with 5 major wins.
Luke has had many Best of Breeds, Multiple Best in Specialty Shows, Best Veteran in Sweepstakes, Multiple Group Placements including Group 1st.
In the AKC Owner-Handled Series, Luke has had 4 Best in Shows, 4 Reserve Best in Shows, and in 2016 he took Best of Breed and a Sporting Group 3 at the Owner Handled Series Top 10 invitational in Orlando.
To say that we are proud of Luke is an understatement.
